Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the web service “The Longsellers” (the “Service”), operated by Redalio Technologies L.L.C S.O.C (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. “Service” means the book intelligence and personalized newsletter service we operate at https://www.the-longsellers.com.
2. “User” means any person who uses the Service.
3. “Member” means a User who has registered an email address with the Service.
4. “Pro Member” means a Member enrolled in a paid plan.

1. Registration is subject to our approval. We may refuse registration where information is false, where the applicant has previously breached these Terms, or for other legitimate reasons.
2. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current.

1. The Pro subscription is USD 10.00 per month (tax inclusive; no additional tax applies, as we are not VAT-registered under UAE law).
2. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card is charged on the same calendar day each month. Currency conversion, if any, follows your card issuer’s rates.
3. You may cancel at any time; Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund eligibility for the first charge is governed by our Refund Policy.

You may not:

1. violate applicable law or public order;
2. copy, redistribute, or re-publish Service content without permission;
3. interfere with the operation of the Service;
4. infringe the rights of other Users or third parties;
5. collect data from the Service using automated means (scraping, crawling);
6. engage in other conduct we consider inappropriate.

1. Text, analysis, and UI designs produced by us are our copyrighted works.
2. Book covers, titles, and author names remain the rights of the respective publishers and rights holders.
3. Amazon ranking and product data is sourced from Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates.

1. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information provided by the Service.
2. Ranking data reflects Amazon public information and is not guaranteed to be real-time accurate.
3. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

1. We may change the Service without prior notice.
2. We will provide reasonable notice before permanently terminating the Service.

We may amend these Terms. Amendments become effective when posted on this page. Material changes will be notified by email.

1. These Terms are governed by UAE law.
2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
