1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you request a refund within 30 days of your first Pro charge, we will refund USD 10.00 in full, no questions asked. The guarantee exists so new members can try Pro with zero risk.
2. What Is Covered
- Only your first monthly Pro charge (USD 10.00) is eligible.
- One refund per customer.
3. What Is Not Covered
- Subsequent monthly charges. (When you cancel, Pro remains active until the end of the current period — no further charges are made.)
- Charges arising from abuse or Terms violations (handled separately via Stripe dispute mechanisms).
4. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with:
- the email address you used to sign up for Pro;
- the charge date (your card statement’s date is fine).
We verify your identity and charge history before initiating the refund.
5. After the Refund
- Pro feature access is suspended once the refund is confirmed.
- If you would like us to delete your TIPI-10 quiz responses (Big Five profile), note this in your request; we will delete them per the Privacy Policy.
6. Processing Time
We initiate refunds with Stripe within 2 business days. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement (varies by issuer).
