We do not share personal information with third parties except:

5. International Data Transfer

We are based in Dubai, UAE. Payments are processed in the United States by Stripe, and infrastructure is hosted on AWS across multiple regions. By using the Service you consent to the transfer of your personal information to these jurisdictions. Our processors implement industry-standard security measures.

6. Storage and Security

Personal information is stored in an encrypted database.
Raw card numbers are never stored on our servers; Stripe handles PCI DSS-compliant payment data.
Traffic is encrypted with TLS.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct or delete your data, including TIPI-10 quiz responses.
Unsubscribe from our newsletter via the one-click link in every email.
Close your account and have your data removed.

Send requests to info@redalio.net. We plan to offer a self-service data-deletion UI in the future.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Policy. Updates become effective when posted on this page.
